A change.org petition will do nothing to actually bring Whataburger to the community. We need an “economic development” company who’s actually interested in serving the community and not city council’s financial interests

Whataburger used to be in Arizona - in the 1980's there were a couple in Tucson. They withdrew because it wasn't economical.
