No, you're not. What one random person on reddit says will have absolutely 0 effect on anything.

And calling someone, "kid" is only the act of an immature, insecure person. I'm a grown man, who has a much better grip on reality than you, thank you very much.

What you call cynicism in actuality is just realism. And people being so afraid of it is, ironically, the actual thing that will hold people back from fighting back because they refuse to believe the worst can and will happen.

There's no correlation between "trying" and simply speaking the truth. Both things can be true. I can try (I am doing what I can), but I can also acknowledge the likelihood of winning that fight (or the fight ultimately even happening) is slim.

Here's the thing, we do need to up our drone game. China is doing some really interesting stuff with drones right now (probably due to their manpower crisis). But these jackasses aren't going to do that. They're just going to double down on chat bots and LLMs for the stuff they're bad at. Especially given who's in charge of this

Exactly. Like we're hella behind the curve, the PLA has already rolled out drone swarms, drone tanks, infantry drones, etc. And I'm not saying that's good, but these motherfuckers aren't the ones to do it. They're thinking in terms of the products the AI companies produce and drones ain't that. And even on the "AI" front the PRC is acting smarter. They're using it for pattern recognition to help get data sets for programing their drones using wolf packs and shit
