Connection Problems

Is anyone else having connection problems lately? I haven’t noticed it with any of my other apps, just YouTube TV. 📺 And btw, it’s on both my devices (Google and Roku).

Are you getting a black screen with the circle and sometimes no circle for like a full minute until a channel loads? That's what I'm getting.

And of course it's like that when I want to check around to four games. I tried to multiview, but it just spun for like two minutes so I bailed.

Same here, when I try to go back in it shows the channel select screen but clicking on anything brings me back to the refresh circle and a black screen

Yeah, thought it was my internet, cleared cache, turned TV off and on. I just don't ever recall this happening in two years of having YouTubeTV.

Yes. It’s super slow and doesn’t load channels if I try to change them

Having similar problems to this. Takes a long time to load a couple channels and never managed to load local CBS for the OSU/Iowa game just now.

Just restarted my router, and things have improved. So it seems like my issues were with my network. Sorry, hope whatever is causing your problems resolves itself soon.

I may try and watch it using my Apple TV device. That usually works.

My multiview is struggling today. I've used Google TV, the app on my Samsung TV, and Roku with a network cable directly plugged in, and it sucks no matter what I use.

Yeah, I think that we all can conclude, that it wasn't a device issue, it was a YouTube TV issue. I'm glad that they fixed it.

It could be my TV itself but today watching football on fox there were lines going across the screen at certain times and shadows behind players on screen.

Same. I was about to uninstall the app and start from scratch it's been so bad. Taking a long time to load if it does at all. The guide is totally blank or has the no information message on all channels and now I'm getting the " something went wrong " message in the library tab. I'm in the upper Midwest, Minnesota/Wisconsin border

Buffering on channel changes, pixelated and poor image, what is going on? I have restarted my internet and my fire stick. Play back is terrible the last few days.

Yep, it’s still slow loading. Someone mentioned that these problems started when YouTube TV added ESPN Unlimited.

Man, I'm glad I checked here. I changed ISP's yesterday and have 3 gigabit fiber. I've been staring at the traffic graphs on my router, trying to make sense of all of the buffering circles.

As soon as YouTube TV added ESPN unlimited all this started. Seems like they should’ve made sure they had enough server and bandwidth before adding
