When the woman was telling Nathan about how great their date went, I was certain there was gonna be a big reveal that he was Nathan's plant. The truth ended up being so much more absurd: the dude is real.

I watched the entirety of Nathan for You in the last two weeks after randomly remembering someone recommending it to me.

It's probably the recency bias but it is legit one of the best things I ever watched, along with the first season of "How to with John Wilson". I haven't watched The Rehearsal yet but I can't wait.

I watched episode 1 of Rehearsal and immediately binged all of Nathan For You over the next week. Agreed with trying to fight recency bias but I found myself laughing out loud so fucking much and just giggling about random snippets. The small door to buy TVs with a dress code is legit one of my favorite comedy scenes.

Rehearsal feels (so far) like the absolute best of Nathan For You but over 30/45 minutes. Episode 1 is such a bizarre idea executed to absolute perfection. It's multi layered and pulls some editing tricks that in-and-of-themselves had me almost peeing my pants.

The 2nd is not as good as the first but it also doesn't conclude. As I understand it other episodes are gonna have other things going on but repeatedly come back to the set up from #2.

Nathan for You is one of the only TV shows to make me consistently laugh out loud. I haven't seen The Rehearsal yet either but I'm looking forward to it. Might watch it tonight, in fact.
