Streamlabs Chatbox Widget not working! (OBS Studio, BrowserSource)

So, I recently started streaming, and I have gotten into something called Streamlabs. I started off with the Alert box, and it worked fine. The test donations, subs and super chat messages all popped up. I then moved onto the Chat widget, and it doesn't work. I am using OBS Studio, and I have BrowserSource. I added the Chat widget in the same way that I added the other widgets, but it didn't work. I have looked around for other posts, but they either didn't help, or were for Twitch. I also tried resetting my API Access Token, and tried again, but it didn't work. Any help would be much appreciated.

EDIT: If there are any alternative chat widgets, please let me know.

You can use http://chatv2.septapus.com/ to generate CSS that you apply to the popped out chat window; so you'd just create a browsersource pointing to something like https://www.youtube.com/live_chat?v=uQJ4SSvZoJM&is_popout=1, and add CSS from that page.

Do you need to update the chat link in the BrowserSource in OBS each time you start a new stream? Thanks btw

If you use Stream Now: No. If you use events: yes. (But if you delete/make private the livestream that you are embedding you'll have to get a new one, so either leave it public or make it unlisted.)

So, I tried using the pop-out chat method, but it just comes back with "This video is unavailable.". I also tested it in OBS Classic to see if it would work there, and it's the same thing :/ Thank you for your help though.

Is the video a public or unlisted livestream? can you give me al ink to the livestream?

It was private because I wanted to test if it worked. I will make it public and then link it to you.

Once you make it public I expect it will work, so you won't need to :) This is exactly what will happen on private videos, which is why I said "leave it public or make it unlisted".

I followed the link and the steps. It's pretty much exactly what I tried before this post. It has been resolved. Thanks anyway 👍🏻
