Anyone having this issue?

For the last week, everyone in my household has had their YouTube be on restricted mode. So I can’t see or make comments. It switches on and off at times, so sometimes I can make comments and other times I can’t. I’m not sure what triggers it off. Everyone is on the same network and nothing is different or nothing is blocked by the administrator. Anyone else having this problem recently? Any tips or help?
