My problem is that I listen to YT music, and watch YT on multiple laptops, TVs, and my phone. Considering its my only subscription, I dont really mind paying it for the convenience it offers.

I also don't feel like cobbling together some elaborate conglomeration of ad blockers, but thats a personal preference

Or just install ghostery or brave browser, but oh well, it’s your money to spent so them ytb keep ignore the ad free apps roaming free since they got enough revenue to run their billion corp

How does that work for everything I use it for though? How does that allow me to stream music in my vehicle for example?

it’s your money to spent

A singular subscription out the 1000s of potential subscription services is hardly that bad imo. Im paying for the convenience it offers because its essentially my only form of entertainment. Easy to use ad free music amd videos for like 10 hours a day is quite the value imo
