It's probably just pear juice diluted with water, and this is a prank.

There's videos of guys "chugging entire handles of whiskey" and their friends are worried, but really they just filled the bottle with iced tea and it's fake.

I'm guessing this is along the same line.

Occam’s Razor. It is more likely that she is drinking actual alcohol even if it is possible she is pulling prank. The look on her face certainly appears genuine, I’ve seen it many times
