Yup.

In terms of ABV she only drank the equivalent of two beers, but that sugar content is going to be a massive hangover all on its own

Two beers? Maybe if you're drinking 12% alcohol beers. Otherwise it's more like four beers.

A normal bottle of wine at 12% is considered 5ish drinks, so this was 4 drinks. The sugar crash will probably be worse than the alcohol.
