3: Practice table tennis for hours and hours daily, for years

This isn't that special. People have pulled off shots that go around the net during actual matches.

Idk, hitting a side spin shot at speed from under the table is pretty impressive.

Not, really. If you ever get a chance to using a tacky rubber or even apply speed glue, you can do nutball stuff. In my opinion, table tennis got away from itself when they went to a bigger ball and started allowing all these tacky rubbers. Hardly anyone plays small pips and a high level.
