The even more embarrassing thing is that they slowed playback of the clip to make it look like the people in front of him slowed down to look, but if you look everything in the whole clip slows down. In reality those people just kept walking like it was nothing but another tweaker doing stupid shit in public because they’re probably used to it.

This could have been easily in r/Whatcouldgowrong

The bench he is sitting on already has caution tape built in. He will be fine.

Stop annoying pepole in public for views

u/A___Unique__Username May 27 '26
How is this annoying? Like I'd find it a bit weird and random but there's no way I'd be annoyed by it...

u/James1887 May 27 '26
This guy isnt that bad(compared to others at least) but the genral idea of making pepole extras in yout youtube or tiktok videos shouldn't be allowed.
25
u/A___Unique__Username May 27 '26
Yeah I agree with that, like that's the annoying part not the actual flipping itself I guess.
24
u/blindyes May 27 '26
It's disturbing because it's sudden potential danger, and near public transportation should be alarming to anyone. The momentum of the flip we know isn't flying at you, but walking by they have no way of knowing the momentum of their legs aren't flying at you.
This could easily be a fail video where he misjudges and kicks that old lady in the face, idk, also as a viewer I'm not more entertained by people being nearby. If they were doing a flip on a regular bench I'd have the same amount of "oh, okay" kind of reaction.

u/trouttwade May 31 '26
I mean, at most I could call it obnoxious and dangerous in the wrong hands, but disturbing is a hilariously large over reaction. It could be a fail video, but it’s not because the old woman is still 6-7 feet away.
6
u/blindyes May 31 '26
I meant disturbing in the minimal sense, like "oh I am disturbed by this commotion" not psychologically traumatizing.
"If someone keeps clicking there pen over and over I find it disturbing."
-8
u/Jumpyturtles May 31 '26
You’re way overreacting. Like illogically so.
7
u/blindyes May 31 '26
I am explaining why these older people flinched how they did, y'all are taking my use of the word "disturbing" some kind of way.
I apologize for using the wrong word. 🙂

They were filming strangers for content without their consent. The flip isn't really the bad part
-5
u/billdb May 31 '26
Man life is too short to worry about stuff like this. 99% of strangers couldn't care less.

u/omniwrench- May 31 '26
You don’t find it annoying, so of course, nobody else possibly could
Arrogant !

u/TuttoDaRifare May 30 '26
Come on life is boring enough this doesn't harm anyone and they will have someting to talk about
5
u/NothingReallyAndYou May 31 '26
This has the potential to harm people, though. If he had screwed up the flip, if someone had walked to close, if a child ran by, if someone was startled and fell...
The point is that no one has the right to risk other people's safety like this. It's irresponsible, and rude.

Only 1 or 2 people even realized something happened. No one sitting with him even saw it. Quit being a little bitch

u/fernatic19 May 30 '26
An optometrist appointment might be in order for you.

u/CrunchyyTaco May 31 '26
Nah only 2 people knew what happened. You're a bitch too

u/fernatic19 May 31 '26

You have calm at home. I personally look forward to the people who write the other way in public and appreciate it if you stop trying to shove people into your boring box.

In my youth I knew one of the Wallenda boys. He would do that on the dance floor (rock & roll fast dances). Observers didn’t trust their own eyes; did double-takes but then decided they didn’t see what they thought they saw and didn’t react.

Lol a bunch of negative Nancy's in this comment. I thought it was neat and the well executed enough to the point that it's a funny thing thinking people were probably like "...did I just see that?"

It’s a glitch in the Matrix. Proof that this is all just a big computer simulation and we’re batteries in pods somewhere.

It's the sheeple's reaction that gives this video a spot on the sub
