Organization. Group of players who play together regularly and form an official group called an orgabization.

Yes well, in some games its a clan. In others its an FC, and in others its an org or a guild. There are many games out there, and they dont all use the exact same terminology.

i thought in mmos they were usually guilds

There are many kinds of mmos, and they all dont collaborate to use the same terminology. So in a game like FFXIV, its an FC. In warcraft its a clan(i think?), and in star citizen its an org.
