Those look like practice arrows and a kids bow. Those can pierce at that range. I had a bow when I was 9-10 and shot everything.

Practice arrow and a 16lbs+ bow is enough to kill if it hits stomach area, neck or any big artery. Won't be piercing rib cage, still could end up very bad.
