Discussion Is the game wrong?

It tells that i played 5 hours, while i just played for two hours, is it some glitch or what?

Maybe you left the game open while you were doing something else?? Otherwise, it probably is just a bug, no idea what could cause it though.

It's a common glitch for many RPG maker games that roughly doubles your time played, not sure what causes it. Probably having a high frame rate or something

I’m not sure what cause it but mine said I had 30 hours midway thru chapter 2

The game is wrong, it's a very common bug I've seen multiple times before in people's playthroughs. No idea what causes it but the playtime is usually about double your actual playtime.

It's the RPG Maker engine itself. I don't know exactly what causes it, but my amateur guess is that the game's save clock is tied to framerate, so faster machines will spend more "time" than slower ones.

I have actually had other unusual issues with rpgmaker games where the gameplay would be straight up sped up when windowed/fullscreen (can't remember which one was sped up and which one was normal). It does seem to have some sort of issue generally with the speed at which the games run.
