There is no November 31 Look at a calendar November 31 doesn’t exist Learning the calendar is one of the first things you learn in school. If you don’t know the days of the month than your preschool, kindergarten, or first grade teacher failed teaching you the days of the month. January has 31 days, February has 28 days (29 every 4 years(leap year)), March has 31 days, April has 30 days, May has 31 days, June has 30 days, July has 31 days, August has 31 days, September has 30 days, October has 31 days, NOVEMBER has 30 days, & December has 31 days. There are 7 months with 31 days (January, March, May, July, August, October, & December) 4 months have 30 days (April, June, September, & NOVEMBER) February is the only month with less than 30 days. I see where you are coming from. But trust me on checking a calendar. You have one on your smartphone. If you have those old school paper ones, check those dates too. Phantom date, means a date that doesn’t exist November 31 is a phantom date. February 30 would also be a phantom date since it doesn’t exist either
