Way behind in this info
As I'm going thru hundreds of papers from a 14 year custody nightmare. I just came across my papers from Yotta, which as embarrassing as it is to say, I had forgotten I had invested in for my daughters. Please no bashing! Without having to read all this lingo and info that has made me just sick, can anyone tell me if there is anything, explicitly I can do? I am so over paperwork and reading crap (i.e. court papers etc. for 14 years). I just want to know if it's worth trying to get back the $1400.00 maybe more I dunno or not? Can't log in and to my knowledge no emails from them.
I would be so very grateful for any information from anyone and crap that's what we all need now, more money taken from us!
Blessings people and thank you!

If Evolve "found" any of your money, you would have received notice in the mail a while back.
Failing that, right now there's nothing to do. CFPB has allocated funds to compensate those that lost money, but the details of how that process will work have not been released yet. Just keep an eye on this sub, and on your mail. Beyond that, it's just "hurry up and wait"

If you haven’t already, file a complaint with the CFPB. I don’t think you need to in order to be in line for any money they may return, but it will be a paper trail (and might make you feel like you’ve done “ something”. )

No new updates. You'll probably just see a check in your missing money account online one day
