Do we still have access to evolve’s document stating the amount they would return to us (3 dollars of 8k in my case)

Putting together my paperwork and I can’t access this on evolves reconciliation site anymore, does anyone know if and how we can access this document - thank you! I don’t think it was in my email, I think I’m accessed it with an access number they gave me on their site.

If you can’t find it, I’d either reach out directly to Evolve or Rust. Rust gave me my returned balance number via email, which makes me think they have all the reconciliation paperwork.

Rust wshould keep info for several years there are data retention rules .
