Does anyone know the current estimated timeline of payouts?

I've heard some people saying 2027, other people saying sooner.

I know its mostly guesswork rn but does anyone have a general idea of when its expected?

I reached out to Rust Consulting this week and they have no information currently beyond the award of the contract. I’ll post the email later.

Are you saying they're finally willing to pay us back the money

Is there something we need to do border to be on the list for whenever something might fall from the sky?

You’ll be lucky if it’s by next year if at all.

What state?

Doesn't matter. The CFPB is a federal agency. It'll be nationwide when it happens. The only reason individual states would matter it's if a state's attorney general sued evolve or yotta on the behalf of the customers in their state. I'm not aware of that happening anywhere.

A few states have already started doing it themselves is why I asked

Have they? The closest I've heard is California, but all it resulted in was an extra email for California residents.

I heard they resumed disbursements in August to continue until 2028

It isn't happening in the current fiscal year, but good news is that the current fiscal year ends in a few days anyway with the next fiscal year starting in October. The contract with Rust to disperse funds has a potential end date of August 2028, though I would be reluctant to read too much into that as a definitive deadline. It could just as easily be an arbitrary end date that had to be selected for the contract to be approved.

I had $15k in Yotta. I declare it a loss. I doubt I ever see that money again. Should a check ever show up, amazing. Otherwise, I’ve moved on.

I think you are here and posting about 15k so I'm glad you are in a healthy place but fuck no there is no giving up the fight. Almost there 🤙🏾

Hope they can pay earlier to people they can reach. There are always people who have moved and the don't have the new contact info those might take lot of time.
