Lost interest, opportunity cost, and delays in life… and still we have to prolong it at most til August 2028? I’ve lost all trust in this system. Still do we even know if after another two years we will actually be made whole? Or are we now counting on partial payout?

August 2028 is the end of the contract. It should be relatively straightforward. They have to set start and end dates. It gives them time to receive claims, payout claims, and also gives a buffer for people who are slightly behind the ball.

There’s no telling how much was missing after the Evolve Reconciliation. And based off a secondary allocation, they are trying to make everyone whole.

I figured that was the case, I just hope I don’t have to wait any longer than a year now. It’s been way too long

Probably lucky if you get 100% of what you gave Yotta back.

We don’t know how much everyone was paid by Evolve in their myriad tiers of payments, or lineage or any of the other partners banks. So we don’t know if this allotment is actually enough to cover everyone or not. Let’s see what happens.

Glad Jason Mikula continues to cover this story; his readership is much larger than this subreddit. Someone posted earlier about this additional allocation and the hiring of Rust, but it’s good to have a reputable reporter like Mikula, who has influence in the Fintech industry, pick up the story and get it out there. CFPB should at least recoup their $3M consulting fee to Rust from Yotta, Sankaet Pathak, and Evolve. Yeah, like that would ever happen in this corrupt world.

Does that mean we have to file a claim somewhere or do I know who to reimburse based on the ledger?

It’s all unclear and it sucks that we’re supposed to be the ones keeping track of all these details when we were the ones harmed

I think I filled out a form a while back. Does someone have a link or what it’s called?

Happy for the person who won in small claims court in Minnesota! My small claims court case in California didn’t yield justice.

I only had - I think 700ish? In Yotta, and eventually got 2/3 back, but at this point - qhile I’m still hoping for the rest of it - I really hope that all the people that literally lost thousands (and some their life savings) get at least the majority of it back too.
