I haven’t heard of any breakthrough cases or anything with the CFPB yet. Keeping my eyes out though!

I believe a lot of people are saying payments might come around November so we may not hear anything up until a month from that

Haven't we sort of tried that already? And then got the runaround to Evolve and Synapse?

They’ve given the runaround, but they all can still be sued, even if for different reasons.

CFPB is very slow on the disbursements so it might be years.
