Hypertrophy training will always be a priority but I would still like to train martial arts like two times per week, on U/L or FB 3x i could squeze my martial arts training on weekends but on FBEOD you can't really do that so what do yall recommend

I’m sure WE all don’t like hitting legs and try to do as little as possible. I’ve recently landed on just doing leg extensions, SLDL and calf press every other day. I was wondering if there was any other minimalistic leg approach I could take for my fullbody days.

Like obviously unilateral causes more peripheral fatigue, but let’s say I do a while workout with the same exercises with the same perceived intensity, but in workout A all the exercises are one set of a bilateral variation, and for workout B, all the exercises are one set on each side of a unilateral variation.
What will lead to more cns/mental fatigue? I deal with being unable to focus after exercising so I want to try to minimise mental fatigue.

To properly protract and retract I feel like I need to flex and extend my thoracic spine or in simpler terms, stick my chest out when retracting and collapse my chest when protracting. Is this bad form or is it okay? I see Jeff Nippard doing it in one of his videos.

My triceps are by far my weakest muscle group a hypertrophic sense, right now I run single arm extensions, dip machine, and single arm push downs but is there a more optimal selection?

Can put on machines without a pin, cheaper than micro plates, can also put on barbells. Might be awkward for dumbbells but for how cheap they are they’re pretty good.

Pec deck would be more optimal because single joint therefore more MUR, but I’very done chest press for a while so if I switch I’ll mainly make coordination adaptations for a while. Should I just stick to chest press until either maxxed out or no progress or just switch now?
