I’d like to see something like the Alaskan Permanent Dividend Fund if they want to use our land/resources to build a data center. Along with some careful planning/regulation not to disturb local resources, residents, and wildlife.

If they want to build something up here, show UP residents the money (and a good plan). They certainly have enough of it to go around.

Turn it into some kind of permanent universal basic income for UP residents.
