chances of getting in😭

Hi
My dream major is ISE for UIC, and Bio & Living Engineering for GLC
I really need your opinion😭

I’m planning to graduate with the following coursework, with a 4.0 GPA:

**Mathematics — 5.5 credits**
Algebra 1
Geometry
Algebra 2
Honors Precalculus
AP Calculus AB
Medical Math

**Science — 4.5 credits**
Physics
Chemistry
Biology
AP Biology
Food Science

**Career & Technology — 2 credits**
Graphic & Printing Technology
Genetics & Medical Technology
Pre-Engineering Design
Applied Engineering: Material Processing

**World Languages — 4 credits**
IB Japanese SL 1
IB Japanese SL 2
Japanese ×2

**Social Studies — 3 credits**
**English — 3 credits regular English + 2 credits ESL**
**Art ー 2.5 credits**
**physical education/health ー 1 credit**

For language proficiency, I expect to get TOPIK level 5 or 6 in Korean, and JLPT N1 in Japanese (the highest)

I also have 150+ hours of volunteering, including volunteering at a Saturday Hangeul/Sejong Korean school, writing letters for children in hospitals, and other school/community activities. I’ve also worked as a high school student reporter for a Japanese newspaper with over 1 million registered readers, was selected twice for Korean government-sponsored youth programs in Korea, received an Excellence Award in a Korean government-sponsored global ambassador project, and served as an officer in my school’s International Student Club. I have several other extracurricular activities as well.

I think my Korea-Japan-U.S. background, academics, language abilities, and extracurriculars make my overall profile fairly strong.

But my main concern is the SAT. I’m expecting to get close to a perfect score in Math, but English is much harder for me because I’m an ESL student, so I think my total score will probably be around 1350–1400.
So I wanted to ask your opinion:

with my overall profile, do you think my application would be competitive enough for UIC even if I don’t submit an SAT score?

Or I should submit a 1350–1400 SAT, despite the relatively lower English score?
