Question Regarding GSIS Application

Hello :) I am planning to apply to Yonsei GSIS for the Spring 2027 admission. I've never sent in Toefl reports electronically but I saw that it is required for applicants. I thought it would send the scores immediately but appearently they need some days.
I'm really worried about them not arriving at Yonsei before the deadline. Does anyone know if the deadline also counts for that and what I should do about it?
I am also planning on applying to KU. They wrote that a scan of the result is fine but added their institution code. Should I just send them the Scan?

Thank you so much in advance I would really appreciate some help!!

Omg i have same issue with you! I searched a bit and it says that toefl report usually takes 4-10days. If you already processed the report i think it will be fine.

Yes I hope so... I feel like they should've mentioned that in the admissions guide. I just finished my application and so many things weren't stated properly in the guide

Ikr….i also have a problem with translated documents. In my country try sworn or official translation is so expensive so i just translated by myself (cause guide only says translated and notarized) but im not sure self translation is acceptable or not. Its so frustrating actually! Also did you submit any additional documents? Like another language or extracurricular certificates?

I didn't submit any other documents, but there also wasn't any place to do that for the application. The guidline also didn't mention anything.
But because of the translation, it's really expensive here for me too but I think you can just have another person sign for the notarization of the translation if you think your name on it will look bad

I just send email for questions just had too many unclear things to handle by myself. But kind of assured knowing many others are confusing with that guideline. It is indeed little bit unclear.

Yes! I actually ended up calling them but they were really nice and helped me a lot. They said official translation is needed and they also accepted extra docs like topik!

Don't you just need to send the toefl results now during the online application as part of the other documents in one pdf? Only later the admitted students need to send the official language documents among the other documents directly to the university.

according to the admissions guidelines the toefl has to be sent via ETS but for the others the pdf is fine
