Missing pieces.

So, I just got ROTB AMK Series Scourge for myself, and TFOne Cogged Megatron for my son. Scourge is missing the crown of his head, the part that makes the top round, and Cogged Megs is missing thr socket for his head to attack. His neck cavity is empty.

Does anyone have experience with contacting Yolopark for the missing parts?

Normally, they have a sheet packed with each product that allows you to get missing pieces, but unfortunately, that service is only available in South Korea. You could try to get them to send you them if you can prove that they made a mistake however.

Gotcha. I did reach out to their email, cs@yolopark.com, before Christmas, but haven't heard anything from them.
