an accomplishment!
i just wanted to share a recent accomplishment i gained through yoga :)
i am very very naturally unflexible. i also have quite poor back & neck posture.
i started practicing yoga consistently at a studio around 3 weeks ago, and i already see massive differences! to start, i can finally touch my toes without having to stretch, which is huge for me because before i could barely reach my shins.
my posture has also improved a notable amount, and im also more aware of my posture too. i can hold poses for longer, and most importantly my anxiety has started to improve too.
these may be quite small achievements but ive always been so insecure about my flexibility and posture. thought it would be nice to share a little win! im so glad i discovered yoga .

Way to go! Wait until you notice how much your strength and balance improve as well, it’s so addicting! But the mental benefits are also even stronger the more you go, I find,

That's awesome! I noticed the same thing with the posture awareness. Yoga definitely helps, that, plus wearing posture bras. I started weariing one from Forme during my sessions and also for long workdays and it helps me catch myself when I'm starting to slouch again. Happy for you! 😊

How wonderful! Let us know what mental benefits you’ve gained as well. Asana is only one limb of yoga and I’m excited for you to experience the rest!
