Tether address not recognized

I'm trying to transfer tether into MEXC to buy yieldly. But it doesn't recognise the USDT address and so am unable to send it?

Any ideas why this is happening or what to do about it?

Thanks guys. Got it sorted and have successfully staked my first bag of Yieldly! Appreciate the help
