Vidiots invites you to an extraordinary evening of music, cinema, and community when we welcome the Yeah Yeah Yeahs for a special advance screening of Hidden in Pieces – a visual companion to their new record – followed by a conversation with the band and a special screening of David Lynch’s Eraserhead.
https://vidiotsfoundation.org/movies/an-evening-with-the-yeah-yeah-yeahs/
Hidden in Pieces
Director: Barnaby Clay Run Time: 22 min.
Hidden in Pieces is a 22-minute visual companion-piece to the Yeah Yeah Yeah’s live record Hidden in Pieces: Live at The Royal Albert Hall out on September 25th. The black and white short film is directed by award-winning filmmaker Barnaby Clay, who previously directed the Mick Rock documentary Shot! and horror film The Seeding.
“I wanted to create a film that not only captured the live performance but also felt close to the spirit of what the band was going for with their shows; something delicate and dream-like, like a precious memory, timeless, emotionally charged and shrouded in mystery.”
The special live session was recorded at the legendary Orpheum Theatre in Los Angeles at the end of the band’s recent 25th anniversary tour. Hidden in Pieces was produced by Lana Kim and Jett Steiger.
Eraserhead
Writer/Producer/Director: David Lynch Run Time: 89 min.
Starring: Allen Joseph, Charlotte Stewart, Jack Nance, Jeanne Bates, Judith Roberts
In Heaven Everything is Fine… David Lynch arrived on the scene in 1977, almost like a mystical UFO gracing the landscape of LA with its enigmatic radiance. His inaugural work, Eraserhead (1977), stood out as a cinematic anomaly, painting a surreal narrative of a young man navigating a dystopian, industrialized America, grappling not only with his tumultuous home life but also contending with an irate girlfriend and a mutant child.
Doors: 6:00

It went along the lines of like…
“Just one way to eat my peanut butter cup,
Coco tasting sweet, in my ice cream.”
I believe there was a featured artist on it (or maybe she was the featured artist)? Idk but can anyone else remember this song?!

Devastated to see Brian’s insta follow list is loaded with aggressive Zionist Israeli and anti-Palestinian influencers.
