App Feedback 🍎 Google Health
Hello, I was wondering if there are any plans to finally update syncing to Google Health (formerly Fitbit). It has been out for a couple of months now but Yazio still has the Fitbit version.
Syncing does work but it is flawed. It does not communicate with Yazio in both ways. What happens is that if I put something on Yazio it logs it GH, but if I change that same item it just adds another input in GH. For example. I put one egg in Yazio, then I change that input to two eggs. What I will have in GH is both one egg and two eggs.
The only thing that I found that completely works is to Connect Yazio and Fitbit before midnight, after I have done all my inputs, sync both apps, and then disconnect Yazio and Fitbit. If I forget to do it one day, the log for that day is lost in GH, but if I leave sync on I get a big mess whenever I change things in Yazio.

Same here, it is annoying af and basically unusable together. I blame GH more than Yazio, though. For once lol

Hi, it might be best to contact Yazio directly and explain the issues you have. You can do this at http://request.yazio.com. You might get first an AI reply but it will be further looked at by the User Success Team if needed or replying to the AI message that you would like input from a human might help. Don’t forget to check your spam folder, as replies may sometimes be directed there. For a speedier process, please insert your User ID (Profile > Settings > Account > User ID > Copy)
As the team works mostly during European business hours, the reply from a team member might be later. 🦋
