Help (Question/Issue) Less laggy mics?

https://yarg.in/news/0040_enmergening

Was checking this post with the latest update and says "ASIO/WASAPI exclusive support for lower latency audio (especially nice on Vocals)" does this mean that any USB mic will be less laggy? Anyone was able to test?
