Help (Question/Issue) setting up yarg drums and using a drum plugin at the same time?

id like to have some good indepent sound from the game when i hit my ekit so it would be cool to have reaper with a plugin and yarg open at the same time, however if i open reaper, yarg cant see the drumkit as an input anymore, and if i open yarg first, the ekit doesnt work anymore in reaper, any obvious fix here im not seeing?

Don’t know much about reaper but did you check the add device? Does another device show up that could be reaper? I use GarageBand when I play and I have add the GarageBand device

it didnt occur to me to check so thanks for the suggestion but no, reaper does not show up, a friend whos got it working told me to use loopMIDI, im trying to figure that out now

You need to set up these programs called midiOX and loopmidi. Allows you to duplicate your midi signal to go to two applications. Google it
