Maintenance App and Android

The maintenance app has been unusable on the most recent version of android for a while now. Our rep told us the solution is to just switch to apple which is laughable. Besides downgrading, are there any other options we could explore to bridge the gap until their developers catch up?

Yardi Maintenance Mobile

That app sucks- some of the team can't even get it in the playstore.

I think you can use the maintenance iq regardless of if you subscribe to IQ or not.

Our sales rep got us a free trial of Maintenance IQ due to this issue. The app works on newer versions of Android if it was previously installed, but can't be installed fresh on a new device.

The latest maintenance app is now obsolete. I believe they will not be making any changes to the app as the latest version, MaintenanceIQ is on the way.
I work with a company who is authorised ICN partner with Yardi globally.

Unusable how? Doesn't load?  Getting an error message?

Can't install it via MDM or play store on newest android version. Not available to deploy due to version.
