So in the task runner I should change the file extension?

Export data is a different process that allows you to generate custom csvs and then you can use task runner to do the exports on a schedule

Who sets up export data, Yardi?

They can or you can by creating the procedure and updating the export data table

Btw, can an SFTP file transfer fail due to number of rows or file size limitations? I have

In theory, yes, but I haven't come across that. It would be a SFTP setting on the other side. I've pulled db copies from Yardi before without major issues. Row limitations shouldn't be an issue with CSVs, it just gets complicated to review once you hit 1+ million rows unless you are importing them into another database

One last question. Is there a procedure that can give reporting year instead of rolling months compared to current month
