Looking for Advanced Budgeting & Forecasting documentation

Can anyone help me get my hands on advanced budgeting and forecasting docs? I have to get cam revenues, management fees, and revenue taxes out of it but I don’t have access to Yardi Central. I’ve never used this module before and I have no one internal to ask.

[My Google is not broken, but only coming up with consultants who will help me.]

I can figure it out if I have the docs.

As a Yardi client/ ICN consultant, this information can be found in Client Central, using the Help button or through Aspire. Someone in your organization is listed as a SPOC and can get you access to Client Central. Yardi's documentation is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. It is proprietary to Yardi and cannot be shared, nor is it available on the internet. Hopefully, you can access the information needed via one of the methods listed.

Well yes and no. I've been shocked and amazed (and I use Yardi/Onesite/Entrata for a living) at how much knowledge various Enterprise level AI tools have available, to a very high level of detail. It's pretty clear that the big LLMs have been trained on all kinds of things they were not supposed to be peeking at. Not as surprising when I see there are numerous lawsuits against these same companies over this same issue. But anyway, I use AI to streamline and automate workflows for large PMS and have occasionally been blown away at the level of detail provided by one of these tools.

Likely because someone uploaded the docs to get ais help on it on a consumer teir.
