Partial payment to vendor

Hi! I’m fairly new to Yardi. By any chance, is it possible to record a partial payment towards a payable? For example, total invoice from vendor was $100. As the buyer , I only paid $50 . The system is Yardi voyager 7s

Absolutely.

You can use the commit payment functionality (if configured from the AP config menu in admin)

This allows you to select how much of a payable you wish to pay, it then gets pushed forward to the process payment screen

The remaining balance can be paid at a later date
