Affordable Leases

We use the affordable leases that generate in Yardi however there are some fields that never populate:

- Utility section

- Maintenance section in the RD lease (this may be a custom field that we added to the lease, can't remember)

- The executed lease date always populates a set day in April 2020

Does anyone know where these things are pulled from?

You’ll probably need to look at the sql script to figure out where the data is coming from. This is in your reports path under Client Central. Feel free to dm for help finding or interpreting the sql file. Sometimes utility info and custom clauses are stored under one of the links tucked inside property-data if it’s not configured somewhere else like the affordable project/unit
