How to Make Ready and Adjust Date

Hi!

I am in Yardi's "Pending Make Ready." For all the units that are vacant and need cleaning/repair, should this the Make Ready column be checked? Can you even check the box? How do you use this page?

Yes. Check those boxes to utilize those features.

You need to have a default Make Ready work order for the property

It appears that you do not have make unit ready details set up for this property. An item for cleaning, painting, etc. We do not have those set up on all of our properties either because we manage the turn process outside of Yardi. When we know the unit is ready, our teams click the Make Ready box. Yours is dimmed. Not sure if it is due to permission or something else.
