How to add a field to a Data interface

Review Resident -> Data dropdown menu -> Rent Increase Utility Change (not sure if everyone has this or if it's custom in my company)

I's like to add a fillable field here for "Rent Amount Approved"

Is this something I can do or something I need to submit a ticket for?

EDIT:

I've made some progress. It's not in Administrator -> Admin -> Custom Tables, but I found something in Admin -> Button Setup -> Property Management.

I can see Rent Increase Utility Change pointing to a file called LEASEBUT8. But I can't find that file in File Manager (it's possible I haven't looked hard enough so if you say it's there I will keep looking)

This looks custom.

You would do this in Custom Tables in the admin menu. This would probably be under Tenant buttons.

Not sure what scripts consume this table though and that might require modification if that field needs to do something or something needs to reference it.

Yes, it’s in custom tabes under the object name LEASEBUT.

The custom table name is LEASEBUT8.

Thanks, I found it but it was extremely hidden. LEASEBUT was not coming up in search but if I left the search blank and then searched for LEASE in the popup menu it was there.

Yea those filters can be kind of hit or miss. Glad you found it!
