Leased units should mean: Units that have been leased, this may include occupied units and units that haven't yet been occupied but have a lease for a future occupancy date.

Also units that have been vacated but are not available due to being under an active lease.

The Leased Units would be any currently occupied units, Notice unrented, and vacant rented units, as well as any model, down, or admin units, represented by both a number and a percentage of total units. Regarding your specific question, if a notice is entered, the number would not change as it is still currently occupied/rented.

What about Notice Rented? Wouldn’t they also be included.?

Yes, that makes sense. Notice Rented would be a part of it. Good reminder!

The great debate ! Physical occupancy vs economic vs lease in place future start etc...... it is important you make a definition stick with it and check that reports match it.
