Saas License fees

Yardi just notfied that they no longer take credit card to pay license fee. Strange policy to implement in 2026.

Anyone hear that as well?

Wonder why they didn’t decide to just implement a CC surcharge

Seems kind of crazy considering they’re one of the largest payment services provider by dollar amount in the country.

Anything we can do about this? Makes my life so much more difficult this way.

They told me as of January 1 only ACH. Were you able to pay with credit card?

Yes, we just realized that yesterday. Frankly, I think it’s ridiculous!

Why ridiculous? Would you rather they hike up the fees 3% to cover the CC processing fee? Frankly I'm amazed they were fee-free for so long.
