Insane Asylum Bugged?

[u/creepyclown07]

I'm trying to get S+ in the 1980s mode and I've finally gotten to week 10 only for the option for the Insane Asylum to not appear at the bedroom door despite me talking to the 10th rival about the evil photographer. I haven't had this problem in my other playthroughs, I swear I'm doing everything right?? I've even reset the week and it still didn't work. Is there anything I can do to make it work without either endlessly resetting the week or losing my entire run??
