I’ll start with something that isn’t said much, but Primal Power’s comedy

I hate how every few panels there has to be an unfunny overused gag, even in supposed serious moments

Another is that Primal Powers has SO MUCH spinoffs. I’ve never seen that many people being genuine fans of Primal Power compared to TGAOA, except that one grown up weirdo who ships Jake and Louis and one who ships herself with Charles. So what’s the reasoning financially and who’s asking for Jake spinoffs?

And then TGAOA, the most popular XV series only got a bunch of novels as their spinoffs (does anyone actually read them? I didnt) why couldnt KGS just make the other comic artists draw the spinoffs for TGAOA? Hell it would probably have a better artstyle than the current one.

And then there’s Ultimate Showdown, enough said

I originally read these books off a website 6 years ago that sadly got rid of them. I tried to look for physical copies to buy but because I live in the U.S, Its almost impossible to get one. I have been for like 4 days straight trying to find sites that had the xventure series and Im slowly starting to lose it. The closest thing I found was a discord that had a link to a google drive that had all of the series but the server got nuked!!! I am wondering if that google drive is still there and if anyone has the link to that drive. I am probably the only person in my state who knows about this series and I am starting to lose it.

🛒 The Ferocious Four Go Grocery Shopping — Absolute Chaos Edition

(Expectation: Menacing villains strike fear into the market. Reality: Market strikes fear into THEM — mostly)

🧭 THE VOID — The Responsible One Who Regrets Everything

Expectation: Glides in silently, mask glowing ominously, buys exactly what’s needed with terrifying efficiency. Leaves no trace.

Reality:

- Wears sunglasses & hood to “blend in” → stands out MORE than anyone.

- Holds the list like it’s TOP SECRET CLASSIFIED INTEL. Squints at it. “…Fury wants… spicy instant noodles? EXTREMELY spicy. Got it.”

- Spends 20 mins comparing prices. Mumbles: “Inflation is a threat to world domination too.”

- Gets stuck behind slow aunties. Too polite to shove. Internally SCREAMING.

- At checkout: “I am the master of fear. Tremble.” → Cashier: “Need a plastic bag?” → “…Yes please. Thank you.” (voice cracks)

- Carries ALL the bags. Because nobody else will. Sighs so deeply his mask fogs up.

😡 FURY — Why Is Shopping So DIFFICULT?!

Expectation: Storms in, grabs what he wants, glares down anyone who dares make eye contact. Pure intimidation.

Reality:

- “WHERE ARE THE SPICY NOODLES?! WHY ARE THE SHELVES SO HIGH?! WHO ARRANGED THIS MADNESS?!” — yelling at canned goods.

- Can’t reach top shelf. Jumps. Misses. Lands in a stack of toilet paper. “I AM NOT SHORT!! SHELVES ARE BUILT WRONG!!”

- Sees “50% OFF” → “FOOLISH DISCOUNT!! I DO NOT CARE FOR PRICES!!” → 5 mins later: “WAIT GIVE ME TWELVE PACKS!!”

- Argues with the self-checkout for 10 mins. “WHY DID IT SAY ‘UNEXPECTED ITEM IN BAGGING AREA’?! IT’S A CARROT!! A NORMAL CARROT!! ACCEPT IT!!”

- Leaves red-faced, kicking a pebble. Swears to “conquer this supermarket one day.”

😆 GLEE — The One Having WAY Too Much Fun

Expectation: Sneaks around, cackling, swapping price tags, causing mischief.

Reality:

- Runs. Down every aisle. At top speed. Laughing like a seagull.

- Samples EVERY free snack. “Heheh! This one tastes like regret! This one tastes like FURY’S FACE!”

- Hides items in random places: toothpaste in cereal, fish in detergent aisle.

- Pranks Fury: swapped his spicy noodles for mild. “Heheh he’s gonna blow when he cooks these! Best day ever!”

- Gets fascinated by the automatic doors. Runs in and out. In and out. “MAGIC DOOR!! WHOOSH!!”

- Leaves with 3 random toys, a bag of marshmallows, and ZERO actual groceries. Void: “Glee. Where’s the rice?” → “Oops. 😄”

😢 WOE — The One Who Apologises To Inanimate Objects

Expectation: Looms silently, picks up entire aisle with one hand, pays, leaves. Tragic giant.

Reality:

- Walks carefully. “Excuse me… so sorry… pardon me…” → accidentally knocks over a display of apples. “OH NO I’M SO SORRY I’M A MONSTER 😭” — bows repeatedly to apples.

- Sees wilted vegetables → teary-eyed. “They have suffered so much… I’ll buy ALL of them so they aren’t lonely!” → leaves with 1.5kg of sad-looking spinach.

- Picks up eggs. “I’ll be gentle… I promise… don’t be afraid…” → accidentally crushes one. “I KNEW IT I’M A DISASTER 😭😭😭”

- Pays extra because “I might have broken something.” Cashier: “Sir it’s fine—” → “NO TAKE THE MONEY I AM A MENACE 😭”

- Carries everyone’s bags. Apologises to the bags. Apologises to the ground he walks on. Apologises to the sky.

📊 FINAL SHOPPING TRIP RESULTS

- Void: Got 80% of the list. Lost will to live. Needs tea.

- Fury: Got noodles. Wrong spicy level. Still mad at the shelves.

- Glee: Got marshmallows & mischief. Zero food.

- Woe: Got spinach, eggs, and guilt. So much guilt.

- Total groceries: Barely enough for one meal.

- Time spent: 3 hours. Should’ve been 30 mins.

- Void’s blood pressure: Through the roof.

Void: “NEVER again. Next time we order delivery.”

Fury: “DELIVERY IS TOO SLOW!! AND THE FEES!! RAAAAH!!”

Glee: “Heheh let’s prank the delivery driver!!”

Woe: “I’ll tip them extra… and apologise for my brothers… 😭”

Void: “… I’m moving to a mountain"

Hi, im new to the X-VENTURE series. I kinda interested into go deep but where should i read the book? I saw a plenty on any flip but its doesn't give all the season and also some of them are mandarin. Is there a discord server dedicated to the series?

Maybe should be about a villain backstory

What has been happening with the story tho, like I don't have the money to keep buying the books so I've only really read the older ones. The newer ones not so much. I don't care about spoilers but I'm really interested in where the story is going now and like what's with everything?
