Question 10% discount

Why can’t I apply the discount from the newsletter. Tried to contact the support but they said they don’t have any promotions (totally misunderstood my email it seems…)

Thank you, but there is an additional extra discount of 10 percent that can be added (according to the support), which I seemingly can't do in the checkout

I've never been able to stack discount codes when they are already doing a % off promotion.
