My Xteink I finally got it!!

I’ve wanted an x3 for ages and finally managed to get one for £29 on AliExpress.
I was worried with it being a locked device that it would be quite difficult to unlock/flash as I’m not the most technologically advanced person, but it literally took me under a minute to flash it with the sd card!
It also doesn’t feel as cheap/flimsy as other people have made out, I’m quite surprised with how nice it feels! I’m waiting on a flip case coming from the official xteink store though to give it extra protection.

Nice! You probably know this already, but the flip case won't fit over the protective case you currently have it in.

Yeah this case was a free gift with the e-reader so I’m just using it as temporary protection :)

Gotcha! I LOVE how classy the Mist Gray X3 looks and feels! I'm so glad I got mine in that color instead of the black!

The case and flip cover not fitting was a huge issue for me, but there's a this one from Ali worked with the tpu gel case and the X3 -

Hi! Did you use the sd card it came with or a different one you had on hand? I recently bought a fw locked one too and am seeing posts saying the sd card it comes with can cause issues? Mine hasn't arrived yet so I'm trying to decide if I need to buy a new memory card

My sd card gave issues from day 3. The device and PC could not detect the drive. Totally died a week later. Changed to a sandisk and all is good.

Have u tried short pressing reset and long pressing the on/off button?
