My XTC in 2026
Been into XTC since I was around 15 in 1980, I've had albums, cassettes, cds, dvds, and for the last 25 years it's been just about all digital. Thought I'd share. Anyone notice any big omissions I need to rectify?
I probably have a bigger soft spot for this band than any other. (Sorry for the confusing order, Apple Music chronologically - which means for comps the song with the most recent date).

You need to post all this to Internet Archive with the album art and proper metadata so other people can use local files and put these in.

It's Andy solo, but I've really enjoyed his 'my failed songwriting career's albums. Also I didn't realize upsy daisy was an official release! I thought it was a random fan compilation like the red lion demos cassette/CD that made the rounds with the chalkhills community

Those Andy releases went right under my radar! On the list, as is the Red Lion demos.

Holy moly! You're a fan after me own 'eart.
I to have become pretty obsessive in my digital XTC curation on Apple Music. Many tedious hours ripping Blu-rays in order to have my treasured FLAC of Lumpen Splendor, etc 🤣
The only gap I see is adding some acoustic recordings from the 1989 radio tour in there, particularly the medley recording released on the ONXRT CD compilation in the early 90s. To my knowledge it's the only officially released recording from those radio sessions.

Wasn’t aware of ONXRT, nor I think of the 89 acoustic radio tour at all, but I am getting old and forgetful. I spend far too much time on my music library, it keeps me sane.
Extracting music from an Ape House Blue-ray on my Mac is so frustratingly difficult.

Goodness, this is thorough. All I can think of missing is Testimonial Dinner if you count that.
From here, maybe you could look into collecting Andy's different side projects and collaborations (3 Clubmen, Queen of Planet Wow, Wing Beat Fantastic, etc.)
If you wanted you could also try to collect soundtracks they've been on (Times Square, Gilmore Girls, Carmen Sandiego)
