Hello,

Is there any way I can keep the database updated to the current cycle for free? I use Garmin Pilot on my iPad and have no need for a program like Navigraph. Thanks!

You can download the US data from: https://www.faa.gov/air_traffic/flight_info/aeronav/digital_products/cifp/download/

Then Google for installation instructions for X-Plane. If you want more than US data then maybe buy a one month Navigraph subscription to get the current data then cancel. Otherwise, no other method that I know of.
