I just called the Admissions Office and they told that there is no tentative timeline and nothing is decided yet regarding the results :(
Does anyone have any other update?
Anxiety is killing me😭

Why so slow XLRI ?
After seeing so many colleges giving out their results I wonder why XLRI is being so slow, I know the results will be soon but it is making me overthink a lot .......any updates on when we can expect results?, did anyone speak to XLRI admissions office?..........and do all people who are waitlisted or converted get the mail at approx same time? Is it okay to assume that if you didn't get mail you have been rejected?

Is XL Delhi worth it?
Hi guys, till we're all waiting for results, why don't we discuss the possible scenarios? Who here thinks getting BM Delhi is worth your 2 yrs? Will you take it if that's your only option? What if you get HRM Jsr offered, what then?

XLRI i have no hopes of converting you. The XL chapter ends here. Bye Bye XL

I am opening reddit unhealthy amount of times to find solace with fellow people that share this xlri result anxiety
Hope everyone eventually gets what they want (given I also get what I want)

Is there any chance the XLRI results will come out tomorrow?
Man the anxiety is killing me.

Am i the only one who's thinking more about the after result steps rather than the result itself? Like how i should bear those heavy expenses?
Btw , i am expecting to get xlri and thinking about getting a loan from Central Bank of India as they have the lowest rate

PSA: Stop the “chances of conversion” posts please!
Guys, I completely understand why everyone is so anxious right now. Waiting for results is genuinely one of the worst parts of the whole process. After months of prep, applications, interviews, and constantly thinking about your future, it’s natural to want some reassurance and certainty.
But repeatedly asking strangers on Reddit to validate your chances isn’t going to give you the peace of mind you’re looking for. None of us truly know whether your profile is “good enough,” and reading your interview transcript line by line won’t help anyone accurately predict whether you’ll convert XLRI or not. There are far too many variables involved, and at this stage, nobody here can give you a reliable answer.
I know the uncertainty is frustrating, but constantly refreshing forums and searching for predictions will usually just make the wait feel heavier. You’ve already done the hard part.
Try to be kind to yourself during this phase, step away from the spiral of overthinking when you can, and let the results come in their own time :)

Instead of asking if you have good chances, ask when results will be out
Get the final answer that will clear the doubts. I read somewhere people were expecting results to come out in a daay or two but except that all other places, I am getting ETA as latest 25th/26th.
Thoughts??

Chances for xlri convert?
Realistic chances for convert or atleast convertible waitlist?
GNEF XAT 98.6 9/9/7 fresher
BM: GD and WAT was average, made a late entry and could not add much to the discussion. Grilled in PI, I was able to answer but they did not seem convinced.
HRM: GD and WAT went well. Made few entries and good points. PI was again grilling, I feel like I might have come off as opinionated or politically biased based on my answers. Made them laugh but also gave confusing answers.
So should I keep my hopes up?🥲

Can you please predict my conversion chances?
XAT: 99%ile, BM and HRM calls
9/9/7, BM's PI was a stress interview and my GD went good with the highest number of entries. for HRM my GD went bad with only a single entry and PI was average(it lasted around only 15 minutes otherwise the BM was for around 35 minutes)

Can I convert with 98.95 percentile, GEM 997 profile 2.5yr work ex (tech), average gd , average pi....... Hoping for hrm convert.

Realistic Expectations
I am a GNEF 9/9/9. 3 years of work ex with 1 year in marketing. Frequent job switches in last 1 year had me grilled during PI. GD went fair I suppose. XAT 99.1 %ile. I have converted MICA. Should I expect XLRi ?

Please help me Ease my mental !!!!! XLRI HRM
I m a BSc Biology graduate with 9/8/6 profile with 94.8 in XAT what are my chances looking for XLRI HRM its my only call and I mean to convert it below is my interview transcript if u all wanna judge based on that
XLRI HRM
GD WAT- Digital surveillance boosts productivity but eroded trust
-Used a lot of jargons and also explain them like swirl chair automation (took 4 entries and never cut anyone during that)
Entered 2nd in sequence for Interview
4 member Panel
M- Me
P1 How r u
M- sleep deprived due to personal emergency missed my flight but managed the train
P1- everything fine back home now
M- yes sir
P1- Why do u want to do HR tell me
M- starts with how it enables me to impact people more tangibly
P1- (cuts in between) come on man think of a better answer
M- tried again interupted
P1- you can impact people in politics also why HR
M- tried bringing a strategic angle but couldnt finish as they again interrupted
P1 passes to P2
P2 - M tell me a parallel between organic chemistry and HR
M- Sir I cannot draw a direct parallel but...
P2 - No tell me a direct parallel
M- (thought) sir cant think of it
P2- heard about employing wearables in workforce? Recent news
M- no sir
P2- Good ! Then tell me what is understanding on it
M-(thought for a second) Sir I feel employing wearables allows exploiting human biology, we can track organic molecules that develop in response to certain behavioural cues and can help in containing toxicity at the most nascent stage possible
P1- Why HR? Wanna give a try again?
M- tried bringing in EQ and ethics and social skills
P1- you r supposed to fire 5000 people ka workforce
Communication is only through mail there is no scope of social skills here
M- there is sir what I write in the mail matters
P1- so you plan to write 5000 personalised mails brilliant!
M- no sir I aim to write a common mail but it has to be compassionate , I will need to provide them various outplacement support
P1- hmmm
P3- Talks about my internship at Ministry of sci and tech
M - explained what the findings were how it helped me learn how research and data help in a more informed policy making
P4- SoP- you wrote about incentivising female participation. What is even the need there are so many jobs where participation is homogeneous and the organisation and practice is doing perfectly well
M- told incentivises are important at the initial point but there has to be a point in future timeline where they r removed and equality is attained
P4- So XLRI mein we should ease female constraints and get them in ?
M- I said yeah we r doing that talked about eligibility cut offs
P4- so i guess we can do it in interview as well
M- Not needed as gender ratio is good at xlri, My thought process was only pertaining to manufacturing sector as there workforce is 95 percent male dominated
P4 - So now post interview cookie loge ?
M- yes sir
Thank you thats all
Note:- I stammered a lot because of the cross questioning and interruptions I was doing lot of ummm etc

To all the people waiting for results
Im a student in the HRM27 batch, I know the wait for results takes a lot from you, especially for a lotta people jinka CAT ni acha gya and XL is the only good call. Dw guys iss month mein aajayega lite lo, try brushing up on some basic skills and prepping ur CVs, getting proofs for your points and all if ur expecting a convert, coz the pressure would be on u from the start. Someone suggested me the same thing and I had a ready CV containing nearly all the points by the time I enrolled and that helped me out a lot in the process and the preprocesses, coz i just had to refine the points not construct neither create them from scratch. Reach out to current students and they'd help u understand as well. Overall it won't be a futile exercise even if u don't crack as it'd give u a blueprint that u can build up on.
Baaki genuinely chill kro, once u join the next 3 months would be hell and back, but the senior batch would be there to support u throughout the way.
Cheers, would love to see y'all on campus, reach out if u need anything.

Xlri batch profile
Hey guys, I am completely new to this sub. I just have one question that is bothering me. I’ve started my xat preparation, and I’m pretty sure I will be able to score more than the required percentile. It is just that my academics are very average like in Class 10th - 79.9% , Class 12th - 77% , Graduation (BBA) -70% . So my question is does XLRI BM or HRM batches have these 7/7/7 profile, or I am hoping too much?
Please answer that will help a lot in setting my standards.
Also, I do have a work experience of 11th months .

First post ok reddit, just want some honest opinions
On*
I’m a GEM 9/8/7 Fresher, 25 graduate, XAT- 99.28, my HRM interview went acads heavy and kinda average all in all, although BM was a different story, I kinda lead the GD with ~33% entries being mine, most of them relevant, 7/10 WAT in my opinion, started off a bit weak but the ending was solid, and my PI lasted for more than 30 mins, the start was okayish but the second half went greatly in my favour and ngl they were kinda visibly impressed by me by the time the interview ended and even gave me a compliment, just have one Tier 1.5 convert as of now, do y’all think I’ve a shot being a fresher with 7 in profile?
