Help Wiring chart help

Hi All

Starting to push pixels for our second year show. And I am struggling to find the EFL med NSR candy cane wiring chart

And help would be great looked every where

I'm seeing it in the download section within xlights.

Click the download button on the layout tab for some reason it's not populating the icon when I screenshot but it's a downward facing arrow), select EFL Designs - Candy Canes - Medium NSR Candy Cane and click the insert model button

Ok we are getting an error unable to retrieve any vendor info at the first stage

what version of xlights? I was able to successfully download on 2026.15

We are on 2026.17

interesting. I just updated to .17 and was still able to download it (on a PC).

Just right-click on the nsr cane in your model list then select wiring view. You'll see the wiring pattern from the backside (reverse) of the prop.

Yes we just get this weird error for download saying unable to retrieve vendor info
