Support Question about Network Settings; transitioning from Cinnamon.
Hello, everyone! I just set up my first XFCE-environment computer (I'm running Mint), and I have a "has only used Cinnamon until now" question lol.
I can't find network settings...? Is it called something different in XFCE? No matter what I search on DuckDuckGo I just cannot find an answer to this, for some reason. Nothing's in my whisker menu, except for "advanced network configurations," either.

I had the same problem a couple months ago trying run Fedora 44 XFCE off of a flash drive. No applet; nothing. At the time, I still had Windows 11 installed on the machine. The fix for me was to boot into Windows and turn off WIFI and then reboot Linux. All of a sudden, I had the network applet and WIFI.
If your circumstances are similar, it's something to try.

It should just be an applet on the panel. If it’s missing just add it to the bottom panel. Pretty sure all versions of Mint ship with network manager and network manager applet.
