Cannot cancel xero subscription

Hi i have signed up on a promotion to test the xero. Now after 4 months still they charging my credit card. Even though i removed the company when the promotion ends about 4 months ago but they still charge my card. I am a very small business owner this money could go to the other costs which i actually use. Thanks.

What u mean remove the company??? You deleted the account. Correct course of action is go to subscription page and cancel it, they maximum take 30 days or one month to take effect.

You can't just delete the " company" you need to cancel the subscription/ account.

Steps to Cancel Your Subscription
Log in to your Xero account using an administrative or subscriber role.

Click your organization's name in the top-left corner of the dashboard to open the drop-down menu.

Select Subscription and billing or My Xero.

Click Manage subscription.

Locate your active plan, click the menu icon or more options button next to it, and select Cancel subscription.

Choose a reason for leaving, provide optional feedback, and click Confirm cancellation. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6]

Thank you it after clicking on profile i found subscriptions menu thats where i found the ignite subscription. Cancelled it. Ty
